Regular readers of Hinterland will know we have something of an obsession with foreign charismatic mega fauna in the English Countryside. Well I don’t think we can really class Northampton as rural but it has some rural hinterlands and this is too good a story not to add to our list of parrots, wallabies and mysterious large black cats.
