Cornish PC’s death puts spotlight on grassroots policing, says chief constable

I heard a piece about this story on the Today Programme and it brought a real smile to my face. I know there are lots of really unpleasant aspect to rural crime but this sad story also has a really positive undertow based on real people getting on together in a place as human beings. It tells us:
